The Northeast has finally come face to face with brutal winter weather- it was 7°F this morning!  And if you’re facing the decision of how best to keep your dogs contained in your backyard, the last thing you want to be doing right now is trying to shovel a ditch through the frozen ground to bury in-ground fence wires.

Wireless dog fences have the distinct advantages of 1) no wires and 2) no digging!

For example, the Havahart Wireless Radial-Shape Fence can be set up in about an hour.  Place the Controller in the center of the house on an outer wall inside the home.  After installing the Controller in the proper position, digitally set the distance you would like for your Fence Boundary (between 40 ft & 400 ft).  Then using a fully charged Wireless Collar, walk toward the estimated Fence Boundary to confirm its position. When you hear the Collar tone, place training flags in the ground to mark the actual Fence Boundary location.

Easy, Quick… and Warm!
